We Manufacture Reinforcement Cages for Cast-in-Place Bored Piles According to DIN EN 1536

Production is carried out in compliance with DIN 488-2009, EN-ISO-17660, and following the guidelines of ZTV-Ing. We flexibly adapt to your requirements and can also manufacture suitable reinforcement cages for the SOB (Continuous Flight Auger) and VDW (Cased Bored Pile) methods.

We offer conical reinforcement cages with or without vibration blades, off-center reinforcement cages within the borehole, as well as cage-in-cage solutions. Additionally, we provide delivery and installation of accessories such as inclinometer pipes.

We supply reinforcement cages in your desired lengths. For lengths between 18 m and over 25 m, we rely on a trusted freight company with extendable semi-trailers. Whether it’s projects exceeding 500 tons or small-scale construction ventures, we guarantee execution at the highest technical standard.
